(Building L room 116) I was told for my inconvenience they would change my room.
I stayed here Aug 30 to Sept 2nd 2019 Labor Day weekend and on my last day here I woke up to something crawling on my face! It was a Bedbug! When brought to the attention of Eden the front desk manager she stated they would only give me one night of resort compensation! What kind of customer service is that! Besides customer service this is a health risk to me and any other hotel guest who may stay in this room.
